Knocking Box

Purpose designed stunning enclosure with animal welfare considered with the introduction of chin lifting and neck restraining installed for ease of operation.  This unit is compliant with Halal ritual slaughter requirements.

Landing Systems

The Beef Landing System is also suitable for Halal ritual slaughter requirements.  This can be either auto landing via a chain hoist design or a mechanical elevating conveyor system.

Bleed Table

Mechanically conveyed bleed table used for Halal ritual slaughter.  This system is typically used on higher throughput plants enabling accumulation and immobilisation prior to elevating onto the bleed conveyor.  The Bleed Table provides a safe working environment for the operator with the introduction of immobilising technologies.

Tipper Cradle

Pneumatically or hydraulically operated Tipper Cradle to aid with Halal ritual slaughter and processing requirements.  This system is typically used on lower throughput plants enabling immobilisation prior to elevating onto the bleed conveyor.  The Tipper Cradle provides a safe working environment for the operator with the introduction of immobilising technologies.

Bleed Conveying:

  • Provides a simple continuous transport system for conveying carcasses through the bleeding area.
  • An alternative to the continuous transport system is the stacking conveyor.  The advantage with this stacking conveyor system is that it allows accumulation of carcasses prior to the main processing area, therefore maintaining high production levels.
  • Provides carcass separation thereby avoiding cross-contamination between carcasses.
  • Utilises roller chain for lower power usage and cleaner operation.
  • Utilises electronic synchronisation systems for smooth transfers and continuous operation.
  • Enhanced conveyor profile provides improved hygiene design thus eliminating contamination issues.

Changeover / Legging Systems:

  • Allows for easy transfer from bleed conveyor to dressing conveyor in an ergonomic and safe manner.
  • The design for these systems can be either hydraulically or pneumatically operated.

Downward Hide Puller:

Designed to provide efficient and effective hide removal with a minimum number of process operations and operators.  The Downward Hide Puller provides full operator control over hide removal procedure to allow processing of up to 42 cattle per hour.

  • Hide removal using easily operated and controlled reversing chain system, assisted by two processes.
  • Operates on independent rise and fall platforms which are pneumatically operated.
  • Variable speed economic hydraulic or electric drive versions.
  • Back stiffening probe available.

Continuous Beef Processing Conveying Systems

  • Provides a simple continuous transport system for conveying carcasses, for throughputs in excess of 90 carcasses per hour.
  • Process stations are ergonomically designed to aid the process operator in these higher throughputs thereby maximising productivity.
  • Utilises roller chain for lower power usage and cleaner operation.
  • Utilises electronic synchronisation systems for smooth transfers and continuous operation.
  • Enhanced conveyor profile provides improved hygiene design therefore eliminating contamination issues.

Walking Beam Beef Processing Conveying Systems:

  • Provides simple positive transport of carcasses between processing stations.
  • Provides efficient processing with carcasses stationary at each operator.
  • Provides operators with time to clean and sterilise equipment whilst carcasses move forward to next station.
  • Provides for throughputs up to 90 carcasses per hour.
  • Provides simple, clean uncluttered process systems without return conveyors, drives or take-ups.
  • Has the ability to change elevation of direction with clean enclosed cross section.
  • Pneumatically or electrically driven and full control Asi bus control systems.
  • Can be simply designed to match optimum processing layout.

Evisceration Lowerator:

  • Pneumatic Lowerator to allow operator full control over carcass height during evisceration procedure.
  • Ensure evisceration is carried out in an ergonomic manner.
  • Minimises the risk of damage or contamination to the product or carcass.

Evisceration / Offal Transport Systems:

Evisceration products conveying choices from gut buggies, slat conveyor (with or without dividers), or our pan conveying system assuring content separation.

Pan Transport System for Processing Beef Offal:

Our unique offal products pan conveying system with positive product separation supports the one touch harvesting of offal and auto process station deposits of product.

Features:

  • Provides simple positive transport of individual offals in individual pans.
  • Delivers and unloads offals at each individual station for further processing.
  • Minimises handling or damage to offals.
  • Pans are automatically cleaned.

Design:
All systems are built from stainless steel and incorporate:

  • Integral cleaning systems.
  • Operator hygiene facilities.
  • Operator walkway (if required).

Rise & Fall Platforms:

Purpose operator-specific rise and fall or static ergonomic platform designs; complete with hygiene equipment, hand tools, all utility services with water saving sensors and contained water drainage.

Detain / Retain Queuing Conveyors:

Our Detain / Retain Queuing Conveying systems assure proper carcass spacing and timing to avoid cross contamination and aid the handling of poor stock whilst maintaining production without process interruptions.
