Restrainer Conveyors:

UHMWPE slatted V-type conveyor for ease of handling of live ovine carcasses during the stunning process.  The Restrainer Conveyor design incorporates state of the art technology that eliminates all pinch points ensuring a safe working system for both the operator and animal welfare.

Hydraulic Nose Roller

Brisket Roller

The Brisket Roller enhances and assists the brisket work-up area to prevent wool roll and cross contamination. This unit is fitted with pneumatic controls and a 3 position switch for varying stock sizes.

Auto Hind Leg Hock Saws:

The Auto Hind Leg Hock Saw system is designed to suit today’s processing requirements and needs.  The Hock Saw is a simple and reliable unit to automatically remove hind hocks as the last operation on the hindleg conveyor.  With full hock removal, the pelt is then removed more easily down over the hind legs.

Flanking Tools:

The Flanking Tool system aids and assists operators prior to shoulder pulling, enhancing carcass quality and ensuring correct dressing procedures for loading of the shoulder puller. These tools are of pneumatic and stainless steel construction. The operating mechanism has been designed for ease of operation and product quality.

Foreleg Twin Auto Hockcutters:

The Foreleg Twin Auto Hockcutters are capable of handling up to 10 carcasses per minute.  The forelegs are cut after the gambrel up operation while still in the foreleg attachment.  A trotter eject device is mounted to the conveyor to eject the cut trotters from the attachments.  Overall control is managed by a dedicated Program Logic Control (PLC) which is mounted in a Stainless Steel Control Cabinet supplied with the machine.

Evisceration / Offal Transport Systems:

Evisceration products conveying choices from table pan conveyor (with or without dividers), or our overhead pan conveying system assuring content separation.

Overhead Pan Transport System for Processing Sheep Offal:

Our unique offal products pan conveying system with positive product separation supports the one touch harvesting of offal and auto process station deposits of product.

Features:

  • Provides simple positive transport of individual offals in individual pans.
  • Delivers and unloads offals at each individual station for further processing.
  • Minimises handling or damage to offals.
  • Pans are automatically cleaned.

Design:

All systems are built from stainless steel and incorporate:

Queuing Conveyor Detain / Retain System

Our Queuing Conveyor Detain / Retain Systems assure proper carcass spacing and timing to avoid cross contamination and aid the handling of poor stock whilst maintaining production without process interruptions.
