Brisket Roller
The Brisket Roller enhances and assists the brisket work-up area to
prevent wool roll and cross contamination. This unit is fitted with
pneumatic controls and a 3 position switch for varying stock sizes.
Auto Hind Leg Hock Saws:
The
Auto Hind Leg Hock Saw system is designed to suit today’s processing
requirements and needs. The Hock Saw is a simple and reliable unit to
automatically remove hind hocks as the last operation on the hindleg
conveyor. With full hock removal, the pelt is then removed more easily
down over the hind legs.

Foreleg Twin Auto Hockcutters:
The
Foreleg Twin Auto Hockcutters are capable of handling up to 10
carcasses per minute. The forelegs are cut after the gambrel up
operation while still in the foreleg attachment. A trotter eject
device is mounted to the conveyor to eject the cut trotters from the
attachments. Overall control is managed by a dedicated Program Logic
Control (PLC) which is mounted in a Stainless Steel Control Cabinet
supplied with the machine.
